At Simplyhealth, we’re looking for enthusiastic, inquisitive and motivated people to join our team You’ll be speaking to our customers to help them understand the features and benefits of our health cash plans so they can claim money back on their everyday healthcare.

Working hours are** full-time, 35 hours a week, Monday-Friday **on a 12-month contract - with shifts either starting at 9am, 9:30am or 10am

This role is **hybrid** in our newly refurbished offices in Andover. We have a fantastic, supportive team and will bespoke your training and development plan when you join.
- With hybrid working during your probation, you'll be required to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week. Upon passing probation, this will reduce down to minimum 2 days per week, with the days being flexible to suit you.

You'll join us as a Customer Retention Executive, helping customers to understand how they can get more out of their health plans with us, ideally persuading them to stay. Over time, your role will evolve and you'll take on a traditional Telesales element - bringing in customers at the front end.

To be considered for the role, you’ll be naturally target driven and a fantastic communicator. We need people on this team who are passionate about healthcare and want to give our customers the best experience possible. Any Sales, Customer Service or Retail experience would be great but what we really look for is the drive to continually succeed.

**In Return**

We’ll pay you a basic salary of £21,730 to £23,850 full time equivalent (dependent on experience) plus:

- OTE commission earnings of 25% of your base salary
- Prorated 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days
- Additional £600 a year to upgrading existing benefits, buy retail vouchers for shopping discounts, signing up to memberships (for e.g. tastecard) and more
- Simplyhealth Core product: choose to either have our Cash plan or our Dental plan
- A fantastic pension scheme Our standard is 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you. If you decide to contribute 4% or above, we will add a further 4% which can either be used against your pension, an extra student loan payment or a contribution to a Rental or First Home deposit
- 4 x Life Assurance (with the option to increase
