**About this Private Hospital**:
Located within picturesque grounds, supports the NHS by offering high dependency rehabilitation services for male and female patients with severe and enduring mental health needs. We also provide specialist Huntington's disease and dementia care for people living with these neurodegenerative conditions, as well as neuropsychiatry support.

**These responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures as needed.
- Assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
- Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans and coordinate services.
- Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Responding to emergencies and providing immediate care and support as required.
- Collaborating with other healthcare providers to promote a culture of safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
- Serving as an advocate for patients' rights, dignity, and well-being.
- Engaging in continuous professional development and staying abreast of advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technology.

**Salary**: £34,000.00 per year
