Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RMN/RNLD Clinical Lead to join our team. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our care team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Care: Be the allocated nurse for clients, observing their behaviours, applying positive behaviour support techniques, and identifying a care plan that is unique to each client with the end aim of improving behaviour and minimising behaviour that challenges.
  • Supervision and Appraisal: Conduct regular supervisions and annual appraisals to ensure that our care team is providing the highest standard of care.
  • Guidance and Support: Offer guidance and support from a clinical perspective to care givers, ensuring that the right restraint techniques are being used and the care plan is being adhered to.
  • Record Keeping: Complete daily records, including incident and accident recording, and adhere to confidentiality policies, handling information appropriately.
  • Incident Investigation: Undertake investigations for incidents or complaints, ensuring that our care team is held to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • RMN/RNLD qualification
  • Experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
