Lead Nurse - RMN/RNLD
Salary: Up to £56,000
37.5 hours per week
The ideal candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities (RNLD) with a strong clinical background and leadership skills. Our client provides specialist care for those with complex mental health conditions.
Qualifications
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities (RNLD) on a relevant part of the NMC register
- Specialist training in a relevant clinical skill such as DBT/CBT
- At least 3 years of experience working within multidisciplinary teams in relevant clinical settings
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work across organizational boundaries and lead service development projects

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to patients
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in relevant clinical skills such as DBT/CBT
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement service development projects
- Support and mentor colleagues across different disciplines and skill levels
- Ensure compliance with NMC standards and best practices in mental health and learning disabilities care
