Job Description

Lead Nurse - RMN/RNLD

Salary: Up to £56,000

37.5 hours per week

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities (RNLD) with a strong clinical background and leadership skills. Our client provides specialist care for those with complex mental health conditions.

Qualifications
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse for Learning Disabilities (RNLD) on a relevant part of the NMC register
  • Specialist training in a relevant clinical skill such as DBT/CBT
  • At least 3 years of experience working within multidisciplinary teams in relevant clinical settings
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work across organizational boundaries and lead service development projects

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to patients
  • Provide clinical leadership and expertise in relevant clinical skills such as DBT/CBT
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement service development projects
  • Support and mentor colleagues across different disciplines and skill levels
  • Ensure compliance with NMC standards and best practices in mental health and learning disabilities care
