**About the role**
- Deliver exceptional HR service across all areas and regions (UK, AMER and APAC), including onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, being a great place to work and employee relations. Advising and guiding our people on these areas.
- Partner with People Managers to identify performance gaps and develop targeted HR strategies to improve individual and team effectiveness.
- Design and implement copyable strategies to ensure we are creating a great place to work
- Lead the development and delivery of training and development programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Coach and mentor managers on effective performance management techniques, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback delivery.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and track the effectiveness of HR initiatives in driving performance improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices and ensure our practices are compliant.
- Lead and participate in HR projects, driving continuous improvement in people processes
- Support with recruitment when needed
**What we would be looking at from you;**
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor role
- An understanding of UK employment legislation. US and Australian employment law knowledge would be beneficial but not essential
- Strategic HR knowledge: The ability to see the bigger picture and understand how people practices can contribute to the Agency’s overall goals
- Data driven approach: The ability to analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Communication and negotiation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear HR guidance to employees.
- Relationship Building: The ability to build strong relationship
