We are looking for an experienced Service Desk Coordinator with a background in the HVAC industry.

The Service Desk Coordinator provides the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, engineers and managers in the scheduling and coordination of jobs. Responsibilities include labour control, deployment of work to engineers and progression of jobs through WorkflowMax from quote acceptance through to completion.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Excellent “people” skills with ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally with customers and suppliers
- Must be capable of working unsupervised within a demanding and rapidly changing environment.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel and database systems.
- Ability to plan own work, using own initiative, with a can-do and willing attitude.
- The ability to keep calm under pressure
**Abilities**
- Respond to client queries quickly and accurately
- Coordinates the daily service / repair jobs with the team and service engineers
- Ensure the work schedule is updated and accurately reflects current service and/or repair provided.
- Receive job packs, check for accuracy and completeness or liaise with engineers to verify job requirements.
- Place orders with suppliers using a purchase order system.
- Accurate costing of the service or repair work completed and liaise with the finance department.
- Ensuring service processes are followed in a correct timely fashion
