A non-profit organisation with offices based in Westminster are currently looking for a part-time Team Administrator to join their small operation.

This is to ideally work 30 hours a week and can be flexible with start times and the days worked during the week. You will be mostly based remotely and will be required to come to the office at least once a week.

You will ideally have some experience in a similar administrative position, be exceptionally organised and able to work independently with little intervention.

**Duties will include**:

- To act as the first point of contact for inquiries to the organisation
- Supporting key operational and business processes including:

- Office management duties
- Staff and Board management including recruitment, induction of new staff, performance appraisals, leave management and related policies and processes
- Co-ordination and administrative support for cross-organisation and governance meetings including weekly and monthly team meetings, the Board of Directors and other regular meetings e.g. sector councils, advisory panel etc, by booking rooms & managinglogistics,
- Provide support for specific projects, working with the Director and other team members as and when required e.g.
- Organising meetings and managing multiple diaries
- Effective co-ordination and management of travel arrangements, expenses
