Nourish is currently seeking aHead of Revenue Operations to bolster our rapid expansion (achieving over 50%YoY ARR growth). We aim to elevate our existing Rev Ops function into afoundational aspect of our operations, and thus require an experiencesindividual to lead this.

**Your Responsibilities as the Head of Revenue Operationsat Nourish will include**:

- Charting the present customer journey andidentifying avenues for improvement, to be implemented through a strategicprogram spanning 12-18 months.
- Assessing and refining existing operationalprocedures for Marketing, BDR, BDM, and CSM, which includes Deal Desk and orderprocessing.
- Lead the integration of a new CRM platform toreplace the current system (Zoho), accompanied by associated tools.
- Collaborating closely with other departments,notably Finance and Technology, to ensure Revenue processes provide necessaryinformation effectively.
- Collaborating with our Chief Revenue Officer onfinancial year planning for the Revenue function.
- Generating insightful KPI reports to meet therequirements of Nourishs Senior Management Team.
- Assisting the Sales Director in Forecasting andQuarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Undertaking proactive analysis to identifyenhancements for Revenue function operations, including evaluating potentialnew tools.
- Overseeing the existing Revenue Operations teammember.

**You would be anexcellent fit for this role if you possess**:

- Proven experience in the deployment andconfiguration of CRM platforms and associated tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable ofadapting your approach to various audiences and delivering messages clearly,succinctly, and positively.
- Proven planning and organizational prowess,especially in the context of change management initiatives.
- A process-oriented mindset, adept at devisingand evolving operational methods for a SaaS Revenue team.
- Strong aptitude for data analysis andinterpretation.
- A proven track record of meeting KPIs.
