**_Main purpose of job_**: To assist Nursery Accounts Department with daily duties.

**_Responsible to_**: Accounts Manager

**_Main tasks of job - Accounts assistant_**:

- Processing and revising sales invoices
- Credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Produce letters of payment confirmation
- Making and receiving calls internally and externally
- Filing
- Matching invoices and delivery notes
- Taking payments via card
- Computer literate
- Have a good telephone manner
- Have the ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent use of Microsoft
- Excellent numerical skills
- Building good relationships with parents
- Preferred but not necessary - the use of Connect Childcare software
- Basic admin

**_The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation. You may also be asked to work an additional day with notice given _**

**Job Type**: Part-time - Monday to Thursday 9am - 3pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Graduate, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
