**Sales Specialist**

**Peterlee**

**Lead Generation - Outbound/Inbound**

**Salary - Up to £28,000**

Our Client are a relatively new contact centre in the North East although they do have a plethora of experience in the contact centre industry. They've partnered with some great brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences in every conversation they have.

- Work Pattern - days/times Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30.
- All employees on target finish early on Friday at 14:00

You’re probably already well equipped to take this role on and be an outstanding success in the position. If you love to talk and actively listen and show a genuine interest in the people you speak to then you’re already on the right path. You’ll be spending your day talking to business owners and key decisions makers within organisations. Trying to find an all-round solution to help them. Whether that be saving them money of card terminals, offering an Eco-friendly broadband provider, a cash advance into their business or supplying them with equipment to ensure they operate in a safe working environment. Our Clients' training and ongoing support of the leadership team will give you everything you need to succeed.

**Required**
- Love to talk & listen
- Show a real hunger when it comes to spotting a potential customer and closing a deal with them
- Treat each customer with respect and understand each has a different need
- Be a team player. Be resilient, quick thinking and passionate about everything you do
- Call Centre Experience
- Keep yourself motivated in a sales driven environment

**Desirable**
- Have some experience of working in a B2B, outbound contact centre environment
- Can evidence a history of delivering and exceeding sales results in a B2B environment.
