**The Role**: A well-established name in the events industry is looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Account Manager to drive delegate sales as well as upsell a brand-new meeting scheduling tool The Client Account Manager will find c-leveldelegates from key retailers to attend one of our clients' flagships retail events, which has been running for over 72 years. Once delegates are brought in, the Client Account Manager will upsell the new product, which allows event attendees to meet key exhibitors.Drawing on previous consultative selling skills, the Client Account Manager will be responsible for new business acquisition, as well as helping with the customer journey; ensuring each client signs up to this free service correctly and understands the process.Acting as the main point of contact for any queries, the Client Account Manager will retain customers year on year.

- 2+ years of B2B sales
- Previous experience in a hybrid role of new business and account management.
