**Client Account Manager - Communications Consultancy (predominantly remote working)**

Our client, a boutique but high-profile communications consultancy, is looking for an Account Manager to assist with their client-facing projects.. The role of Account Manager is client-facing and is pivotal to the business, would suit an ambitious individualwith creative flair, who is looking to be part of a growing team and who would be excited to be in a role that they can really develop and make their own.

As Account Manager you will be responsible for projects that will vary in size and term, many having several layers and complexities. You will have autonomy in the management of these projects and be involved in the client meetings and brainstorming activitiesat the start.

**The role**
- Attending client meetings (mostly virtual and sometimes face to face) to ensure the brief is fully understood and that expectations are managed accordingly;
- Writing project briefs to be shared with both clients and external partners
- Liaising with clients to set up, create and supervise project plans to ensure the effective management of each project end-to-end
- Writing and distributing contact reports following key meeting
- Managing the rolling weekly status report to ensure priorities are understood and communicating to clients.
- Undertaking all client invoicing.
- Managing and looking for ways to improve process for monitoring time spent on each project.
- Ensuring all creative work meets respective client’s brand requirements;
- Managing the process for proofing of final content.

This role would ideally suit someone with a genuine interest in the communications world and have project /client management experience gained in a consultancy or working with/for large international clients, rather than inhouse. It may also suit an individualwho has worked in a project based PA role or a role with multiple client and timeline involvement.

**Desirable skills / experience**:

- Past experience of working within a communications / marketing function, either agency-side or in-house.
- The ability to manage third party agencies, from briefing through to delivery.
- Experience /knowledge of Digital marketing campaigns.

**This role is predominantly remote so you must be set up and happy to work from home with occasional travel (every 4-6 weeks) for day/evenings to a London location. Occasional overseas travel (2 days per quarter), mostly to Europe and possibly theUS. Flexibility is key due to global nature of the role.
