**About you**

We’re looking for someone with a passion for charity retail and online sales, along with a creative flair.

**You will**:

- Have experience in managing daily operations of an E-Commerce platform
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be numerate, literate and articulate
- Have good IT skills to include Outlook, Word, and Excel

You will be based at our Central Sort warehouse in Ouseburn, Byker.
