About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Executive to lead our digital commerce efforts and drive business growth through innovative e-commerce strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver efficient project execution of the D2C roadmap.
  • Develop and implement 'test and learn' initiatives for the new website, focusing on continuous UX improvement.
  • Manage third-party software utilised on the website to maximise its potential.
  • Work with the trading department to ensure website merchandising aligns with the trading calendar.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce websites.
  • Foster close collaboration with diverse teams to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of website performance and KPIs to enhance the website experience and user journeys.
  • Responsible for daily/weekly/monthly website reporting against core KPIs.
  • Establish standards and best practices for website upkeep, product management, and website content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and user experience principles, providing informed advice to drive business growth.

  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
