About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the role of SEO within an e-commerce environment. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that incorporates PPC, SEO, Paid Social, and affiliates.
- Working closely with digital agencies and internal brand and content teams to drive improved growth and reach.
- Crafting and implementing strategies to enhance search rankings and organic traffic.
- Driving growth in backlink profile, keyword reach, and domain authority through an always-on SEO approach.
- Developing a high-performing content strategy and championing an SEO mindset across departments to produce SEO-friendly content.
- Managing digital marketing channels, including budgeting, campaign planning, and collaboration with external agencies.
- Working closely with the trading team to ensure a full 360-degree calendar is in place to support trading campaigns.
- Ownership of all CRM channels, email, and SMS campaigns, and referral and loyalty programs.
- Driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Analyzing campaign success, translating data into actionable insights, and optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Staying abreast of digital trends, tools, and strategies, making recommendations for new approaches.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in digital marketing.
- A strong understanding of the role of SEO within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive informed marketing decisions.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
