The main purpose of **the Role** is to maximise income generation from corporate supporters, securing cash donations, sponsorship, 'charity-of-the-year’ partnerships, gifts in kind and other associated stakeholder activities to achieve fundraisingtargets. _**Key responsibilities**:_
- Plan and deliver targeted pitches, presentations and fundraising collateral.
- Proactively approach corporate partners and help develop relationships with senior contacts/individuals. - Research current trends and new fundraising opportunities.
- Ensure attentive account management of corporate supporters via relationships with partners and contacts, thereby enabling the charity to meet its goals and develop meaningful long-term support.
- Operate the charity’s CRM system in a thorough and methodical manner, ensuring close attention to detail at all times so that accurate donor/prospect information is harnessed and retained.
- Act as the first point of contact for the Stakeholder Relations and Fundraising department, handling enquiries, liaising with partners and dealing with any campaign issues.
- Attend and help deliver corporate networking events to encourage partner engagement.
- Partake in periodic strategy days to plan the ongoing fundraising agenda and conduct, along with colleagues, a regular SWOT review of campaign activities and performance.
- Contribute to regular funds forecasting and help produce a rolling 12-month business plan in accordance with the charity template, maintaining an income/expenditure account for each event.
