Office Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Duties**:
Management of staff training matrix and vehicle matrix.
Organisation and updating of Safety documents.
Creation and issuing of FIRAS documentation.
Technical submittals.
Maintaining data sheets data base and completing assessment forms for main contractor.
Compiling and issuing of handover documents.
O&M manuals.
Invoicing
Updating Salesforce and compiling reports.
Handling queries from operatives.
Liaising with suppliers.
Assist with reporting systems such as OneTrace and Bolster.
Subcontractor time sheet administration.
Supply and create Purchase orders for materials.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using accounting packages
- Experience with computerized systems and databases
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to type quickly and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
