Job Description:
Jackson Hogg is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support Tracerco's Directors. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination and document preparation. They will also be responsible for line management of the receptionist and maintaining accurate digital and physical records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to directors, including calendar management and document preparation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and plan events
- Prepare and submit purchase orders
- Maintain organised and accessible digital and physical records
- Ensure adequate cover for receptionist during sickness and holidays
- Commit to safety standards
Requirements:
Candidates should have a strong background in Executive Assistance, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
