Estimating Administrator

Due to continued growth and increasing customer demand. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Proposals Team. This is a newly created role and reporting directly to the Proposals Manager you will be an essential part of the proposal process being involved in the entire process.
Duties will include but limited to.
- Taking and managing requests for quotations, and other client solicitations to determine requirements and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and finance, to gather necessary information and inputs for proposals.
- Develop and maintain proposal templates and ensure all proposals adhere to company standards and client specifications.
- Write, edit, and format proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and quality standards.
- Track and report on proposal progress, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Maintaining a database of previous tenders to improve to and aid with templates of documents for future reference.
- Provide support for the sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience working as a proposals or estimating support is preferred but proven experience working within an technical office is essential.
- Strong knowledge of MS office.
- Ability to perform clerical and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail.
