B A Joinery is a specialist joinery manufacturing company established in 2008. Located at a 40000 square ft premises at Purvis Building, Leeholme Road, Billingham, TS23 3TA. We offer a full fit out service to our clients, including design, manufacture and installation. - Completing Operation & Maintenance Manuals
- Assisting with Health & Safety administration
- Completing Environmental data input returns
- Completing Social Value data input returns
- Assisting with social media posts (LinkedIn)
- Organising photos and testimonials from completed project sites.
- Organising updates for the company website
- Assisting with the company branding
- Document control
Experience (desirable):
- An experienced administrator or an individual with previous experience within the joinery/construction industry would be advantageous.
- Experience/knowledge of ISO management
- Competency with basic MS Office including Microsoft Excel
Skills / Qualities:
- Attention to detail
- Punctual with great organisational skills
- Confident with a pleasant outgoing manner
- Great communication skills
- Works well under pressure
- Enthusiastic
- Ability to prioritise their own work load
The role will be based full time within the B A Joinery offices. However, there may be travel required from time to time to our project sites.
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
