Office Administrator

We have a new role working for an economics consultancy firm in central London.
This would be a five week temporary placement, where you would be supporting a team of four with their administration.
The dates would include a 1-week handover in December and then the full month of January.
The Role
- Preparation of meetings including documentation, booking rooms and catering arrangements
- Update of weekly workplans and submission of reports
- Assisting with proposals including all documentation preparation
- Proof-reading
- Digitisation of documents
- Booking of travel
- General office support duties
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- You will have a strong work ethic and be willing to learn
- Great communication skills
- Highly organised and able to independently manage your time
- 1-2 years of admin experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of the finance sector is a bonus
This would be three days in the office in central London and then two from home, 9am - 5pm.
