Job Role: Recruitment and Onboarding Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Duration: ongoing temporary contract
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10.00am - 4.00pm

This company are well known for their customer centricity, and they pride themselves on delivering service excellence throughout their client's journey…. they need you to continue driving this forward As a Recruitment Administrator, you will be working in a team of responsible for the on-boarding of freelance staff.
Key Responsibilities -
Writing job adverts, advertising vacancies and vetting applications
Supporting with all on-boarding for new Freelance employees
Supporting with all recruitment compliance
Providing first class candidate service at all times
Working toward KPI's to ensure roles are filled quickly and efficientlySkills / Experience Required -
Previous administration / customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone manner and command of English
Attention to detail and organised
Efficiency and resilience
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Display a willingness to learn
