A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Recruitment Administrator to our join our 'outstanding' and professional team based in beautiful offices in Coney Hall, West Wickham.

This role will play a vital part in ensuring we continue to attract and recruit only the highest calibre of CAREGiver will go onto support our wonderful clients, matched individually based upon their suitability.
In this position you will be responsible for assisting with:
- Writing and advertising appropriate vacancies for CG's and Key Players
- Vetting and conducting pre-screen telephone interviews to assess applicant suitability
- Arranging face to face interviews for the Recruitment Manager
- Ensuring all CAREGiver files are complete, paperless and compliant and in line with company policy and CQC standards
- Requesting and obtaining references, ID and vetting documents
- Attending local networking forums and events
- Maintaining regular contact with new and existing CAREGivers supporting retention and on-going aftercare
- Partnering with training providers to support the progression and development of existing staff
- Assisting with compliance projects

It is preferable that you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
