We have a great job opportunity for a Team Manager to join a busy Children Duty & Assessment Team.
Location**:Greater Manchester**
**Pay rate -£40/Hr**
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- As Team Manager you will be responsible for a team providing assessment, planning and intervention services to children in need of a statutory assessment.
- To have extensive frontline experience as well as a solid track record of managing and developing a team.
- Provide a high-quality social work services for children in line with departmental policies and procedures.
- You will be the first point of contact from referral for vulnerable children, young people and their families.
- You will be responsible for establishing the needs of the child and the appropriate assessment that needs to be actioned.
- You will undertake assessments with the child, their parents or carers and other agencies in order to determine the most appropriate action.
**Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.**
**Essential Requirements**:
- SWE Registered
- Must have at least two years of post-qualifying experience working with Children
- Require UK Driving License
