About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Social Worker to join our team in Stockport. As a Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families in need, working closely with our multi-agency partners to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage cases of child in need and child protection, working with families to identify and address their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to support children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including education, health, and police services, to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting children and families.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and families, helping them to build resilience and confidence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being of children and families.
