We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Work Professional to join our team at Randstad Care. As a Qualified Fostering Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments with families to identify their needs and develop care plans.
  • Support and supervise connected foster carers to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Participate in the planning and reviewing of cases to ensure the needs of children are met.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, and carers.
  • Provide advice and support to promote independence and early intervention.
  • Liaise with colleagues and external agencies to gather relevant information for assessment and care planning activities.
Requirements
  • Social Work Degree or equivalent.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Enhanced DBS.
  • Experience working with children and families.
