We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Out of Hours team at Stockport Council. As a Social Worker in this role, you will be responsible for providing an effective and timely response to urgent notifications that occur outside usual business hours.
About the Role:- Provide statutory social work functions such as Section 47 investigations, decision making, safeguarding adult investigations, placement of children and adults in residential care, completion of welfare visits and checks.
- Work as part of a well-established and highly experienced team of Social Workers to perform this statutory social care function.

- Social Work Degree or equivalent.
