Job Title: Client Liaison Officer
Location: Northampton
**Salary**: £19000-20000 pa
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week).
I am delighted to be working with my client in Northampton on a Client Liaison Officer position.
What will you be doing?
Delivering a first-class liaison and administrative support in a busy environment, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner. Delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer & client satisfaction.
- Supporting client managers with internal and external requirements
- Supporting the onboarding process for new clients as required
- Liaise with other departments to resolve queries
- Assist in the completion of case monitoring
- Promoting continuous improvement to procedures and processes
- Assisting with various client reports to ensure files remain up to date and are efficiently managed
- Attending training to develop relevant knowledge, technique, and skills
- To assist with other duties when required, including overflow debtor calls
A bit about you
- Be confident in understanding client requirements to ensure SLAs are met
- Youll be accountable for ensuring the client receives the best customer experience and that we maintain a good client relationship
- Confident and professional attitude in a range of settings
- Ability to correctly extract information from file notes to deal with any client calls efficiently
- Ability to work on own initiative, making sound decisions on the development of the files
- Team Player and self-motivated with the flexibility to adapt in all situations
- Knowledge of Microsoft software and a good grasp of maths and spreadsheets
- Able to multi-task and prioritise efficiently
Technical Qualifications/Requirements
- Microsoft office including excel
