Client Support Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Client Support Administrator in our Financial team, specialising in Life and Medical insurance.
This would be a great opportunity for someone who wants to enter a career within the Financial and Insurance industry or who has a passion for providing the highest levels of customer service. There may be an opportunity to develop through a highly valuable and rewarding training programme with our senior Financial Advisors, including achieving your financial qualifications.
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.
What are we looking for?
- Experience working within in an office environment is desirable.
- Must be a team player - we are a small team, so this is essential.
- Previous experience around the industry is not essential, albeit maybe an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Confident with strong communication skills
- Exceptional phone manner
- Organisational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ownership of the client journey
- Building meaningful rapport with clients
- Administrative support to senior advisors
- Administration of new and existing policies
- Maintaining FCA compliancy
- Data entry and CRM system management
- Diary management

Pay Negotiable: range £22,000.00 - £30,000.00 per year
