Student Support Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Student Support Administrator to join our client's team in Northampton. As a key member of the student support team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to a customer-led service.
Salary: £22,308 (pro-rota)
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience of working with children or young adults to join our client's team. As a Student Support Administrator, you will be responsible for offering support to students with low-level wellbeing concerns, referring them to other appropriate internal and external support, and attending well-being meetings.
- To offer support to students with low-level wellbeing concerns in the first instance before referring to other appropriate internal and external support.
- To attend any appropriate well-being meetings for students.
Requirements
- Experience of working with children or young adults.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good organisational and time management skills.
