Job Title: SEND Teaching Assistant

Estimated salary: £26,500 - £32,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

You will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve academic success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN, using evidence-based strategies and approaches.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assisting with personal care needs and promoting positive behaviour.
  • Communicating effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders to support student progress.
