About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a very supportive SEN school in Northampton. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to children with special needs (SEND) and contributing to their progress and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing individualized support to pupils with SEND
  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Monitoring pupil progress and reporting back to teachers

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with school-aged children
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEND
  • Ability to work as part of a team
