**You will be responsible for.**
- Ensuring training requirements of individuals is maintained and up-to-date and system is maintained
- Operational induction to be provided alongside HR and H&S
- Support in onboarding of new employees through generating training plans and supporting with probationary review and sign off
- Routinely complete competency assessments and identify gaps in knowledge proactively and resolve with department lead and technical functions
- Review work instruction documents and ensure that they and current process are aligned
- Ensure the quality of training that is provided is high and that the buddy system is effective and regulated
- Liaise with the HR Team to book external training in order to assist in the development of Operational Staff.
- Support with the agency colleagues to ensure their training is adequate and maintaining the relationship with the agencies

**Knowledge & Skills requirements**
- Clear and good verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of operational roles across all their functions (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Print room)
- Approachable and able to communicate at all levels within the business
- Train the trainer (preferred not mandatory)
- Previous experience in operational role
- H&S awareness (IOSH preferred not mandatory)
- MHE license (preferred not mandatory)
