We are currently recruiting for a Spa Receptionist / Attendant at L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

The 4 AA Red Star L’Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa is situated in the scenic location of St. Brelade’s Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Jersey. With 106 bedrooms The Grill restaurant offering panoramic ocean views, L'Horizon is the ideal setting for a romantic getaway or even an idyllic coastal wedding.

One of the highlights of this boutique beachside hotel in Jersey is the spa, including six treatment rooms, a relaxation area, a pedicure and manicure area and a sleep room.

**About the Role**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel & spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories.
- Maintain a clean, organised and comfortable environment for Spa guests, ensuring supplies are available at all times.
- Build and maintain relationships within the team and ensure communication is clear between the shifts.
- Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.

**About you**:

- Be passionate about going above and beyond for our guests and recognise and skilfully act on opportunities to make the guest experience memorable through offering or suggesting appropriate products and facilities.
- Be able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, enabling you to be able to anticipate our guests needs ensuring they receive a Hand Picked experience.
- Most of all, you’ll have a friendly, welcoming and genuine manner.
- You’ll take pride in your appearance and the standards and ambiance of our Spa.
- Previous health club or spa reception experience is desirable, but not essential, if you have a reception background and with an understanding of a spa environment then you may be considered for the role.

- This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
