This is a true HR business partnering role where you can use the full breadth of your experience working for a global leader in financial technology. We are a forward-thinking business, delivering innovative wealth management solutions to some of the largest financial services corporations across the globe.

You will be an engaged partner working with stakeholders across our UK offices whilst identifying and delivering people programs to enhance our business. This is a true P&C Generalist role where you be the local expert for P&C activities and have a successful track record building relationships with leaders and teams to deliver P&C processes and programs. You can work autonomously while still remaining connected to a distributed team located in Australia and enjoy the balance of teamwork and independence.

As part of your role, you will be comfortable with metrics to support business decisions and guide impactful people projects. Your 5 + years’ experience working in a similar Generalist role and relevant qualifications will be core to enhancing GBST’s global capability and culture.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
