**OVERALL SUMMARY**

Join the Corporate Asset Solutions (CAS) team where you will provide Internal Account Management support to our new business introducers, cultivating productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and ultimately managing the flow of new business proposals.

While you will be trained on, and work across all our various channels, you'll have a specific focus on our Vendor channels.

Based primarily in the Southampton office, and working across the wider sales team, you will support the delivery of individual Account strategies as determined by the Sales Manager. You will triage all proposals to ensure suitability for credit purposes and control the process flow thereafter.

To be successful in the role, you will have a proven track record in an Account Management, Relationship Management or Customer service type role and will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work in tandem with the Sales Managers (External Sales) to provide exceptional service to our Introducers.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to tailor our services accordingly.
- Strive to exceed performance metrics and business SLA’s, including proposal submissions, decisioning and outbound telephone calls to Introducers.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services that align with customers' requirements.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company's values and maintaining a positive brand image at all times.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our internal systems.
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.

**WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF**:

- You have relevant experience in a Relationship Management, Account Management or Customer Service type role where the client/customer relationship and doing the right this was paramount.
- You possess excellent relationship building skills with a proven track record of working effectively with people both inside and outside the organisation
- You're a strong communicator, both written and verbally
- You have a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

**IT IS NOT ESSENTIAL BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU**:

- Have experience within the Asset Finance or Banking industry
