**The ideal Promotions and Sales Assistant has**:

- Self motivation and ability to work towards targets and deadlines
- A confident manner in interacting with customers face to face

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Brand development - representing our clients’ brands across a variety of events in a professional manner with the aim of increasing their exposure
- Product knowledge - keeping up to date with our clients’ policies and terms of use to ensure that we provide accurate information so that our customers can make an educated decision
- Customer acquisition - aiming every conversation towards increasing our clients’ consumer pool
- Customer service - ensuring every costumer has a positive experience regardless of the outcome of the conversation
- Team work - supporting the Team Manager in the running of the event, abiding to their guidelines and assisting them in the set up of the promotion

**Salary**: £25,993.00-£27,700.00 per year
