At MSV Housing we’re committed to making sure our customers have good quality safe homes and this role is key in making this happen. As a Neighbourhood Officer you will manage your own patch of properties and customers in the Rochdale, Bury and Calderdale area's. You will be responsible for maximising income and providing a responsive customer service to ensure our neighbourhoods are clean, safe and sustainable. You will work collaboratively across MSV championing customer needs, taking ownership for your own patch of properties and customers, and be the key point of contact for ensuring a first class service delivery of a range of tenancy management issues.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to it’s customers, you will liaise with colleagues, customers, partners and external agencies therefore your effective communication skills and ability to understand and empathise with the diverse needs of our customers will be key.

You will be flexible with your approach with strong problem solving skills, you will be highly motivated and innovative to ensure our neighbourhoods are attractive places to live.
