We have an exciting opportunity to join our established Neighbourhoods and Customer Support team as a Wellbeing Officer. Our Wellbeing Officers provide a holistic service to our vulnerable and high-risk customers, working with our wider internal teams and external support agencies to enable these customers to sustain their tenancy, improve their circumstances and wellbeing.

Reporting to the Wellbeing Team Leader our Wellbeing Officers are active within our local communities identifying those customer at risk and managing a range of cases to conclusion through signposting, initiating referrals and monitoring interventions to ensure our customers receive the right support.

Our Wellbeing Officers are organised to deliver a high quality of work whilst also reacting and meeting conflicting and demanding deadlines.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to our customers, effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers will be key. You’ll be based in the communities we serve and will work under minimum supervision and as part of a team using a flexible approach.
