1st Line Software Support

We are looking for an enthusiastic** 1st Line Software Support **to join our team based in**London**, on a** **hybrid working basis. You will be in our City of London office 3 days per week, and can work remotely for 2 days per week.** **You will join us on a**full time, permanent** **basis** and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**The 1st Line Software Support role: **
The **1st Line Software Support Consultant** provides exceptional customer service to our clients by answering questions on the function and usage of our software or cloud products via telephone and/or internet.
Working with our software packages within the legal and enterprise market, you will provide a high standard of product support by answering questions on business function, configurations/setup, product functionality and usage of products via the telephone and/or Internet. Full training will be provided.
**Responsibilities of our 1st Line Software Support include**:
- Provides technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or internet
- Serves as primary liaison between company and client
- Conveys customer feedback to product development staff
- Possesses thorough knowledge of company’s products used by customers
- Keeps customer informed of how and when issues are resolved
- Involved in any additional follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting
- Responsible for appropriate referral to other departments and quality assurance areas
- Promotes and maintains a high quality, professional, service-oriented company image among users
**What we’re looking for in our 1st Line Software Support**:
- Similar prior work experience is preferred, but not required
- Experience with SQL, and the ability to analyse data would be beneficial
- Confident and professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving abilities and logic skills
- Organised and process-oriented
- Passionate about new technologies
