Scheme Account Handler, Account Handler, Customer Service, Hybrid

Sanderson Recruitment are seeking a confident and motivated **Schemes Account Handler** to maintain and service new and existing business for clients. This is an exciting opportunity to put your own stamp on a **rapidly expanding organisation** and **build a career** within the **insurance industry**.

In this role you will be dealing with new, existing customers, and taking full client responsibility dealing with your own book of renewals.

You will also be required to deal with the general client servicing and supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the team and contribute new ideas for improvement, where appropriate. You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will **work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.**

**Skills and experience we’re looking for**:

- Planning attitude with a result driven mind-set.
- Able to demonstrate innovative ideas based on Industry trends
- Commercial awareness
- Good attention to detail
- Strong negotiation skills, proven ability to grow, nurture and develop effective relationships
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
