**About Us**: InsureandGo, a Travel Insurance company located in the heart of Southend-On-Sea, is seeking a skilled Sales Performance Coach to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Motivate and guide our teams to deliver outstanding customer sales experiences.
- Identify and address skill gaps within individuals and teams, fostering development and sales and service excellence.
- Conduct interactive role-playing activities to enhance interpersonal skills like negotiation and objection handling skills in a regulated environment.
- Organise engaging classroom-style seminars focusing on product features and advanced sales techniques.
- Coordinate regular training sessions to ensure ongoing growth.
- Provide on-the-job coaching to established team members in collaboration with managers.
- Maintain accurate records of training completion and analyse data to understand individual and team performance trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Performance Coach or in a similar role, showcasing your expertise in guiding and developing individuals.
- Demonstrate previous sales or customer service experience.
- Proficient in analysing performance data and utilising digital tools for effective training.
- Familiarity with creating engaging and immersive learning experiences for individuals and groups.
- Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exhibit strong influencing skills to drive positive change.

**Working Hours**:

- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm.
- Occasional Saturdays (approximately 1 in 8): 9am to 5pm.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
