An excellent opportunity within the Housing Advice Team has arisen. In this role you will be responsible for the homelessness prevention and advice teams which work to advise persons at risk of homelessness and to provide housing assistance and solutions for them.

You will have overall responsibility for the statutory prevention and homelessness assessments under the Housing Wales Act 2014 in order to deliver excellent customer focused services. You will supervise and support the team of Housing Advice Officers to ensure our legal obligations are fulfilled to our customers.
