The **Administration Support **role will provide you with a great insight into the world of Asset Finance, so is a great way to start a new career at Aldermore.
You will deal with administrative tasks such as sending letters to our customers (within guidelines that have been set out by our regulators), running invoices and dealing with incoming post.
And with the option to split your working week between home and our Reading office, you can have the work life balance you need
**_We are currently recruiting for a permanent position, and a 12-month Fixed Term Contract_**
**What would your day look like?**
- Sending invoices, welcome letters and documents to our customers, via our ‘online mail room’
- Uploading signed contract documents and letters to our leasing platform
- Banking cheques (usually via post)
- Requesting copies of documents from our offsite storage archive
- Sorting, scanning and allocating incoming post
- Ad hoc tasks such as maintaining spreadsheets
- Pro-actively seeking improvements to process and procedures?
