Workday Support/Implementation Specialist to £47k Worthing
Workday Implementation / Support Specialist - £40-47,000 salary plus great benefits (like up to 11% pension contribution from the employer, cycle to work scheme). Hybrid working in the office twice per week in Worthing.
Our Utilities client is looking for a Workday HR and Payroll Specialist to be responsible for ensuring that Workday is successfully implemented and integrated.
You will play a massive part in helping deliver one their key objectives around improving their technology and the overall services that they provide to their customers - with the support you can provide around Workday.
Your Responsibilities will include:

- Working on the implementation of Workday HR and payroll
- Looking at end user requirements and configuring, testing and integrating as necessary
- Support new project implementation
- Implement new releases of Workday
- Provide 2nd line support Workday where necessary
- Produce specifications and designs for Workday Payroll and HR
- Design, create, test and document new and amended programme components, configuration, SQL, packages, code base and programs from supplied specifications in accordance with agreed standards

You must have:

- Experience as a Workday Specialist with hands-on experience of the HR and Payroll modules, covering support, configuration, integration and implementation
- Great communication skills so that you can translate information to non tech stakeholders
- Knowledge of IT Service Management toolsets including Knowledge Base and Configuration Management
