Social Media Coordinator

We are a leading agricultural company specialising in microbiology solutions aimed at enhancing crop productivity, sustainability, and soil health. Our innovative microbial products and projects contribute to improving agricultural practices, fostering environmentally friendly and economically viable farming methods.
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Strategy Development**: Develop comprehensive marketing campaign strategies aligned with company objectives, target audience insights, and market trends.
- **Content Creation and Management**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content including blog posts, print media design, basic video, and social media assets to support campaign objectives.
- **Traditional Marketing Coordination**: Coordinate traditional marketing efforts such as print advertisements and negotiations, direct mail, and event sponsorships to augment digital initiatives.
- **Campaign Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise strategies and tactics for maximum impact and return on investment (ROI).
**Skills/experience needed**:
- Adobe/Photoshop/Canva
- Website management
- Excel
- Proven experience in campaign management or marketing roles.
- Agricultural experience.
- Social Media/Digital Marketing (training will be given).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
