Campaign Coordinator - Agricultural

*Please note this is initially a maternity cover contract with potential for renewed contract afterwards.

We’re looking for someone passionate about changing the narrative of farming We are a small family built business (farmers ourselves) with big ideas, working on projects using natural bacterial processes to eliminate things like chemical fertilisershelping farmers become self-sufficient from home grown

Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven individual to become a Campaign Coordinator, we have the science side of it, and an amazing videographer in house to document our trials - we now need someone to help us drive the content to the bigger agricultural community and help change perceptions in the public eye.

**Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Strategy - working with the rest of the team to create dynamic campaign strategies using social media, events and in short - getting the stories in front of the right people.
- Content Creation - including social media assets, simple video production, flyers, digital & print marketing etc
- Website management - basic website management (training can be given) and newsletter campaigns. Also using social media to drive traffic there.
- Events/Sponsorships/Publicity - researching relevant events in the industry to be associated with.

Skills/experience needed:

- Adobe/Photoshop/Canva
- Website management
- Excel
- Proven experience in campaign management or marketing roles.
- Agricultural experience preferred
- Social Media/Digital Marketing (training will be given).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
