**Description**

As a Customer Service Assistant, your key responsibilities will be;
-Responding to customer inquiries and requests: Customer service assistants must be able to handle inquiries about products, services, and policies, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Handling complaints: They must be able to listen to customers' complaints and grievances, empathize with them, and take appropriate action to resolve the issue.
- Resolving technical issues: Customer service assistants must be able to assist customers with technical issues, such as troubleshooting products or software, and escalate the issue to the relevant department if necessary.
- Processing orders and returns: They must be able to assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns.
- Maintaining customer records: Customer service assistants must maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in order to provide effective service.
- Upselling and cross-selling: They must have a good knowledge of the company's products and services, and be able to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to customers.
- Collaborating with other departments: They must be able to collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and technical support to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Maintaining knowledge of industry trends: Customer service assistants must keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes in policies, and new products or services offered by the company.
