**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers in making informed decisions.

**Issue Resolution**:Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of customer problems.

**Order Processing**:Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions.
Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.

**Customer Feedback**:Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement.

Communicate feedback to the relevant teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in using customer service software and systems.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
